How far should the bar come down when im doing a barbell shoulder press?
I usually get it to touch my upper chest... is that too far.. should i just go to under my chin?
I think just under the chin is fine - I find any lower than that feels like 'stress' but I'm not the most flexible person in the world. I think you look at a machine equivalent - if you drew a line across from grip to grip, you wouldnt see it much lower than the chin.
