Just a random question for you guys - I've been lifting seriously since I was 19.... I'm 29 now with only an 8 week cycle under my belt from when I was 26

I don't have the best genetics but went from 314 to 215 and now sit around 260lbs soft

My problem is my test came back at 600 the dr told me. I can never get my chest to develop no matter how hard I try .. My arms and shoulder have decent definition and caps on my delts but nothing more than just a person who lifts a couple times a week

Is my problem just genetics because I am ready to put in the work but am wondering do I need some test cycles to really get me swole? 30s coming around the corner and I don't think I'll be able to get any bigger or defined naturally

Any advice I really appreciate

I've considered the information provided, and suggest the best course of action is a well planned and executed cycle of GEARZ

A lot of things can play in effect such as diet, training, sleep etc. but with that being said you did go from 314 to 215 so I'm suggesting you know about proper dieting.

You could however start test. It is a choice in life that some of us decide to make that is big for some of us. As far as that goes I would still get blood work done and etc if you decide to

Well, the contestants in the Mr. O comp didn't have the genetics to look like they did on stage. Jump on the juice

In my opinion i think you would be better off taking a strong look at your diet and training.

From my experience/research as long as the above two factors are good you can make very good progress for a long period of time so to have experienced no results from 10+ years of serious lifting doesn't add up to me.
