BCAA (Branched Chain Amino Acids) FACTS

I Incorporate BCAA's usually only at night, on an empty stomach. But when cutting I mix BCCA with a suger free meal supplement, and an appetite suppressor, unless it's after 5pm, then i don not take. Micro blasts with no glucose.
 
I add an extra 5 gram powder for my pre and post workout shake and have noticed awesome gains as far as recovery than without them. I will definantly keep taking them this way for a long time.......

I take beast ammino's normally with breakfast then scivation's Xtends post workout. BCAA's are just to important to leave out.
 
2:1:1 (Leucine:Isoleucine:Valine)

I think it's been found not to over do or it'll just be a waste. Especially good for weight lose/ cutting. I do intermittent fasting and use it in my zero calorie mixes.

When cutting/weight lose I take one dose upon waking and at night on empty stomach.

Dose
2.5g Leucine
1.25g Isoleucine
1.25g Valine

It's may look lite, but my BCAA's are high throughout day from other sources and whey protein.

whats the best ratio to buy?

I take a ratio of:

3.0 g Leucine
1.5 g Isoleucine
1.5 g Valine

Before and after my workouts in my pre and post workout shakes only.
Really works great for that hardcore muscle recovery after a grueling workout.:winkfinger:
