The supplement industry. I sell everybody's product, so I don't have a dog in the fight. The point is, there are a ton of studies on BCAA's and how effective they are. Go spend 30 minutes on pubmed and see for yourself.
The issue has always been taste. You have to make sure you take enough, but it works great.
I've had great results with BCAAs. The same people that are always knocking them are the ones who are never cut. If you eat a ton of food, and are never concerned with your bodyfat and rather just how big you can get, then they aren't going to be of much use.
