okey dokey i wanna get started bodybuilding and i've been reading forums and forums and stuff and i know a little bit but not enough i feel. so... i was wondering if anyone could give me some tips on diet and training (im 15), and possibly a basic routine and split for me so that i could have a little boost in getting started. I'm sure you wanna know a little bit more about me than i weigh 160 but i don't exactly know what to tell you so any help would be greatly appreciated!! i'm sure there's some other info on this somewhere in this forum but i'm new here and don't know how to search yet
