I am 21, 6', 188lbs. I have been training for about two years and I feel its time to take my training to the next level. I would appreciate it if any of you could help by recomending a good beginners stack. I am also bothered about my fat percentage so amything that wont put too muck fat on would be good. Ive heard that deca and sus is good, what do you think.
