hey all im back. its been a while, I hit a rough spot in my life and lost all of my weight. I mean all of it. i dropped from 190 down to about 140. Ive ironed out some wrinkles, now i need to start getting in shape again. I need some help. i want my weight back, im looking sickly. any pointers for a routine to help get some back? I have already started a clean diet and am consuming around 3000 calories daily. I dont want to pick up where I left up because I know that my body cannot handle it right now. How long should I work a beginners routine before I can start to try some of my old stuff? How often should I train? I just need some help getting back into the swing of things ,anything would be helpful, thanks.
