I'm a keen gym goer and runner but due to work and other commitments only manage to work out twice a week at most. I've got a week's holiday coming up and was considering hitting the gym hard and training twice a day. I'd like to focus on strength training with a bit of cardio chucked in. Does anyone have any advice on whether this is a good move or if going twice a day is just too much?
