When bench pressing or when using Db's, do you guys keep your shoulder blades retracted (pinched together) throughout the movement or do you allow your shoulders to round forward towards peak contraction?

"round forward" I guess you would say I do. I push that bitch as high as my long lanky arms will go, which cause the "rounding forward" if I understand you correctly.

I never actually though about this but examining this now I say I round my shoulders forward. Keeping them totally static and contracted close to the body would create an uncomfortable pressing situation I would imagine, at least for me.

Range of movement is crucial, so avoid doing anything that causes the movement length to shorten.
