ive put on about 5 lbs so im at 178 now and today we did sets of 7 9 months ago i got 135 7 times today 215 7 times.......what do you think......thanks to gopro for helpin me out w/ a routine and tips along the way
In my first 2 months and 1 week of lifting seriously ever, I went from benching 165(day one) to 255. Believe it or not. Before that I hadn't lifted weights in 5 or 6 years. Lucky with genetics I guess, and some good protein shakes didn't hurt either.
