then get an MBA, you cannot go wrong with that...you're not going to make a lot of money with any bachelors degree in this day and age, except maybe certain engineering degrees. so plan on at least 6-7 years of college.

as far as chasing silly dreams that is not what I was implying, I simply meant that you should study and work in a field that at least interests you otherwise your life is going to pretty much suck.

Thanks Robert, sorry if you got the wrong impression from my silly dreams comment. I do have 5yrs military experience in a technical feild so i was hoping that will be worth something. It will be 6.5yrs exp when i get out actually. I figured i will get my BS and then start working in whatever feild it is and go part-time for the MBA. I would love to do something health orriented if at all possible. If not then something with money. If i could get paid good money to develope supps that is what would make the happiest.

Engineering is generally well-paying and also teaches you a new way of thinking to apply to anything you'd like. Many engineers start their own successful businesses and make good salaries with steady companies or doing freelance work or teaching. Anyone who tells you teaching doesn't pay at the college level is wrong. Don't worry about how much school is going to cost. You're going there to make more money afterwards, so paying it off shouldn't be that big of a deal. If anyone tells you that money isn't important, they're wrong. Money causes more problems in life than most people know. Having money isn't necessary for happiness, but it damn sure helps.
