Ok so obviously I know cardio and diet is the best route. On top of that carb cycling has been the most effective method for me, while not on cycle.
My question is, will AAS prevent catabolism? Meaning is am fasted cardio for 45-1hr ok b/c the AAS will ward of destroying muscle?
Also if I go low on carbs on lifting days I get sore and stay sore for another day, sometimes after a heavy session of squats, my legs are still sore the next day its time to to lift.
is it ok to go ahead and still lift, even tho lifting while still sore is overtraining 101
Basically just wanna make sure I am not being counter productive and still want to cut up for summer and dont want to use fat burners cuz my heart is finnicky as it is.
