I run low maintance doses of T3, roughly 20mcg's daily. I dont get that flat look from higher dosages of T3. Over a say 2 months you will see a difference running T3 at lower dosages like that. Dont expect miracles obviously. NOW on the topic of DNP wow, wow, wow....I have ran it twice at 500mgs daily for 10 days. I also ran an ECA stack while doing it to help with the feeling as if I have been running in circles all day long with no break. My conclusion, no better fat burner on planet earth. For those above who are claiming it to be so horrible, well I could show you where plenty of products are horrible when you abuse them. I dont know how one could abuse this stuff, 500mgs daily was horrible. I barely made 10 days on the stuff before I completely gave in. Do not use this while cycling or you will blow your cycle, work outs are half assed. I do it during my cruise phase or did it during my cruise phase. I definately would say you would want to limit its use to say 2-3 times a year and the remainder just keep your diet in check and maybe hit some ECA stacks. I mean christ people are calling DNP the devil, why dont you truly read up on Clen, terrible for you.
