I use Orange triad as a supplement to my diet and it's a product I like due to the relative quality ingredients and importantly the joint support and length of time it lasts. However, I noticed the one ingredient it lacks in quality seems to be Zinc as it uses Zinc Citrate not chelate or other forms. What's the bioavailability of Zinc citrate?
From what I gather it is a poor source and should supplement with an added amount of say 15-20mg of a better source. What's the best form of Zinc, zinc picolinate or Zinc L-Monomethionine?
