Hey guys I did a pct and didn't recover as well as I think I can. Anyways I'm running a second one and after my research I've come to this conclusion. Please advice me if I'm wrong ,still trying to learn
What's your take on aromasin during pct. It seems to be suggested more and more frequently nowadays. Now that's for someone coming off a cycle, not for a restart but still.
It does lower SHBG and increase igf-1, so it could negate negatives from the serms.
And its supposed to only eliminate around 60% of estrogen so it shouldn't crash you too bad.
I have some and thought I might as well throw it in. I know I keep switching it up but while waiting to get my serms I keep reading different things but I've decided on
Torem 120/120/90/60/60/60
Clomid 50/50/50/50
Aromasin 12.5mg eod
Clomid seems to be the best at restarting the hpta, but its effects seem to be best utilized in the beginning of pct, and torem seems to be very similar to nolvadex except without a few of the negative sides. The aromasin for the reasons stated above. I know you already know all this junk but this is just the conclusion I've come
