Best place for noobie to start pinning?

I always have the best luck in glutes. Always use a different tip than you used to draw the oil, and before you inject run some warm water over the rig or rub your hands on it. That will make the oil a little thinner, esp. helpful on the bigger shots. If you do all this it shouldn't be too bad as long as the gear is clean. Also massage the area right after.
 
Been reading some threads on various boards about PIP....man I had no idea pinning could cause so much discomfort ....golf ball sized lumps in your muscles and what not. Lol

If it's just part of the game then so be it. Just wondering what advice experienced people can give on this matter as far as best muscles to pin to avoid PIP.

Also as a side question....I'm assuming that after a while this problem stops happening? Like for guys on TRT, I assume they aren't walking around in pain constantly otherwise I imagine that would get old real fast

delts are best in my op. but only 1-1.5ml at a time. then glutes 2-2.5ml at a time and quads 1.5-2ml at a time.

25g 1" for delts and quads and 1.5" 23g for glutes.

I started on glutes but I must have a retarded amount of veins in there because I always leak or squirt out blood afterwards. I have no problems with delts and quads. Those are the only three places I've tried so far but I'm going to have to move onto new territory to keep the scar tissue to a minimum .
 
Is there an actual benefit to the muscle group being pinned? Like if you pin your quads will they receive more of a benefit due to immediate absorption, rather than the other muscles which have to wait for the hormones to enter the blood stream? This may seem like a dumb question but I'm genuinely curious.

I seem to have an abundance of nerves everywhere. I am quite lean and use 25g 1" on glutes and 29g .5" slin pins on quads... If I go deeper than .5 on quads I almost always hit a nerve and have a massive painful twitch. one of my first quad shots my leg twitched so bad the pin went from 90 to about completely laying parallel in my leg. that royally sucked and hurt like a bitch.
 
DELTS!!! the EASIEST place to pin, then gluts n quads.
