Who here does a split and what does your split workout look like?
This is my split workout
Monday-chest/back/abs
Tuesday-arms/delts/abs
Wednesday-legs
Thursday-chest/back/abs
Friday-arms/delts/legs/abs
Saturday-rest
Sunday-rest
 
Your split looks similar to mine. All you have to do to match what I'm doing now is throw Tues. and Thurs. out the window. After that cut legs and abs off Fri and we're the same. If you didn't want to get rid of Tues and Thurs. you could add some cardio.

You must be young. I'd break if I was doing all that with any intensity. :)

actually Im not all that young. Im 32. Sometimes I feel old and I look old. My wife is 3 years older and folks think Ive got her beat by 10 years. Noone can believe shes older than I.

Neeways. How I got involved with this split was Craig Titus. I saw his and Modified a little bit. I love to pump the iron so it works out really well for me. Sometimes its a toss up between just being underneath the weights that I love or the body building part. Im still in the beginning stages. Im beginning to get bulked up.

I love to pump those weights. Its the greatest stress reliever. Once your under all that weight you HAVE to forget everything else or.......DIE LOL! Sad part is ya always have to leave the gym and hit the real world again.

wed - off
thurs - legs
fri - shoulders, bis, tris
sat - off
sun - off

i do abs now and then on monday or tuesday

I have never found a better split...My bodybuilder instrcuter made this for me,,,,its what he uses at the moment...Its very good.

Day 1 Chest, Calves
Day 2 Quads, Hamstrings
Day 3 Rest ----Cardio--Abbs
Day 4 Back, Biceps
Day 5 Shoulders, Triceps, Calves
Day 6 Rest
Day 7 Rest
