i was wandering whats the best supplement to take for a shoulder injury. my shoulder disalines almost like a dislocation but not fully. almost every time i train hard then it takes days to fell decent then i have to go to my sports chiro and have him realine it. i need something to speed up the healing im taking a month off from training and doing some rehab also.
 
Sounds to me like you need to go to a specialist and get an MRI on that shoulder. That is really the only way you can find out for sure what is wrong. Then a proper course of action and treatment can be identified. If you are having this many problems, you may be doing more harm every time you train.
 
im going to try to rehab before i get an mri. due to no insurance.iv already had surgery on it a couple years ago not trying to do it again.
 
iv was looking into that shark cartilage. GSP takes that. i also fight mma. when i throw a straight right it hurts bad. and when i roll it locks up. even if im on top passing gaurd. so im taking a month off of training which sucks. i hate not training
 
bcaa's help to preserve muscle after surgery, so that info might help down the road, or your one month of no activity. I like Cissus for joint pain problems, but I suspect your shoulder issues might be genetic. Some people are prone to always having shoulder issues and its due to genetics. Hopefully you recover 100% and are not in that genetic bracket. good luck

I don't think that the supplements are important for you to heal your injury, it is important for you to check with a doctor and get some treatment, you can use ice bath for overcoming of pain caused by muscle pulling.
 
Whenever I hurt/pull/break something I alway take 2500-3000mg MSM twice a day with ice for the first 24/36hours and then put a heat pad on it every night after my dose until I feel better. Can't say it will work for you, but it works like a charm for me!
 
I use prima force super cissus RX for my shoulder and elbow problems along with msm,gluco,fish oil & I've found these are 100% effective for me, been on them for 4 months.
