Best Time to Take GABA...

I don't "feel" any effect from it

When is the best time to take GABA for increased HGH ???

Some might say at bedtime because it'll be fresh in your system...

Or some might say in the morning so it has the day to circulate...

Thoughts ???

Nevermind, it looks like NIGHT is the best time to take it...
