I would like people to post, in their opinion, the best veggies on the market.

Best as in...taste...nutritional value...portability...and simple preparation...

Brocolli, Cauliflower, Squash, Brussel Sprouts, Asparagus, zuccinhi

sweet potatoes taste good. I also love celery.

Muscle Gelz Transdermals
IronMag Labs Prohormones
I thought Sweet potatoes and yams were the same thing?

Oh.... and I concur with every veggie listed in this thread.

Broccoli, Asparagus, Squash, Zucchini, Sweet Potatoes, and Green Beans are my favorites.

Yes, they are, and no they aren't.

Yams and sweet potatoes are two completely unrelated plants from different parts of the world that both produce tubers. In the USA, many people refer to orange-fleshed sweet potatoes as "yams" and yellow-fleshed sweet potatoes as "sweet potatoes", but they are really all varieties of the same vegetable (the sweet potato).

True yams are the tuber of a tropical vine that is native to Africa, and they are not even distantly related to the sweet potato. They are common in Carribean cooking, and are becoming more readily available in the States.

Broccoli and sweet potatoes.

Spinach...no one said spinach? Must be because it tastes disgusting...

Damn, I thought everyone knew this!!!:hmmm:
