the one you make at home. Most of these products bite ass. They suck. Mix 2 tbsp of peanut butter (natural) with 2% milk, some casein and whey (your flavor) and eat a ton of oatmeal to boot. Also up the fats, like the peanut butter, fish oil caps (10x a day) and some flax oil. Dont eat shit food, but eat a lot of complex carbs-yams, potatoes, oatmeal (I eat it 4x daily), legumes, and a lot of whole foods. Eat clean consistently, and allow two cheats on a Friday and Saturday and you'll be hitting higher numbers.
