?Best Workout For Weight Loss?

Hi, I am a high school guy who is pretty fat. I need a workout that will help me lose weight. I understand that weight lifting is the best to body shape while helping you lose weight and I know how to weight lift, two years of football, but I need to get into a weight training program and cardio program that will help me fry my fat. If anyone can help, I would REALLY REALLY appreciate it.
 
Try circuit training, begin with med-to high intesity cardio for about 10 minutes prior to do a weight routine and go straight to lifting, move quickly from one exercise to next with little rest. You can check out www.workout.com for some good routines based on the equipment you have to work with.

I agree with Skinsfan.Try a circuit training routine.I know quite a few overweight individuals who have had good success using circuit training for weight loss/toning up.

Circuit training is a "best of neither worlds" approach meaning - you get small benefits of each, but maximum benefits in neither.

Circut Training is definitely not crap.
There are many different ways to doing circut training depending on what your goal is.

i think your workout should be its usual self and you should just do cardio and burn more calories than you consume...depending on how much you burn naturally (u have to find out how much that is...eat whatever u usually eat for a week and record all the calories and see if u gain/lose/remain the same amount of weight and according to that if you gain then lower the calories if u lose then probably keep it at that many calories..it depends ..you probably want to lose the fat while keeping the muscle right? than i think about 1 pound a week is the best for weightloss without losing muscle..anyway thats my advice its not very detailed but i dont have much time right now so if u need help just ask but im not the best guy to ask about weightloss =]
