Hey im a football player and have looked here periodically. I saw the power rep range and shock thread and I read into it. Is this a workout that would help in football? I am just thinking that this is just a good bodybuilding workout that might not be especially good for football, but im not sure. I know most workouts and splits would help in some way, but in all of your guys personal opinions what is the best workout/split to do. I am considering the p/rr/s and was going to do it over the summer then an arena football player helped us with our workout so I didn't, but any feedback would be nice thanks ahead of time.
