Ok here is my question.. kinda feel it dumb like I missed it somewhere, but I coundt find it anywhere. All my freinds are oblivious to anyhting like this.
when takeing a measurement with a tape measure how tight do you pull it. Do you flex or not as well. I am not 100 % cut yet, but will be soon enough.
I.E. my arm..
-unflexed lose fit 17
-unflexed tight pull 16.75
-flexed tight pull 17.5
-flexed lose fit 18
what measurement do I use... just confused all give diffrent BF % when I use the means that requir these measurements. I just have used every test I have found on the net and it ranged 18 to 22 useing diffrent type of measurements. If I have all my measurements by pulling it tighter or letting it lose it also seems to change my BF by 1 sometimes 2 or more % at a time while I was experiemnting. I do understand the accuracy issue of these test that is the question. It is that I am just confused on how exactly to take my measurments the correct ways. I found websites that explain where to take them, just not any info on how. Just looking for a consitant way on measureing correctly.
Thx
