I read a small article in Flex (I believe) about the 2 bars and what heads they hit more.

The straight bar hits the long head more and the EZ curl bar hits the short head more. I know you should include both into your training regimen.

Which do you normally use? Or do you use both?

Neither, Pull Ups are better.

Never done curls with an Ez bar, I dont reckon there would be a great deal of difference at all to be honest.

And I agree with Gazhole with the pull ups being better, however the same day i do pullups i like to finish off with a set of curls for good measure :)

I use both as well as dumbells. Not in the same WO though. I rotate them thru my program. I only do 2 direct Bi exercises per WO and usually for a total of 4 and sometimes 5 sets.
