well bigbill was going good on the diet chicken etc.well i was losing weight and strength so i decided to put on a little weight well i started eating fastfood alot brownies cookies pop and well now i look like shit so now i guess ill go back on the diet or do cardio again but when i do cardio i lose weight like crazy and cant put any on.Im 165 right what would you guys do in my posistion. i used to be 185 but for some reason have droped weight like a crack head
