chinaman at my gym, hes a tank, litertally, BUT, every weight he lifts, not some, EVERY, hes "ruh ruh ruh ruh ruuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuh" shouts after hes done like he just cum, throws weights on the ground like they just fucked his wife! he has a son with him, hes almost a tank but at least he can stfu

other is 2 filipino guys, they fucken dive on the floor to do stretches like they just got shot in the spleen, but work out half assed while non-stop smiling at themselves in the mirror and telling each other how good they are!

last is the 230 pound woman who spends no shit 15 mins on the treadmill, problem is i have to site her to a post to see if shes moving, THEN she goes outside to the seafood place, gets a couple of battered savs (corndogs), fucken bucket of chips, looks like 15 nuggets, 2 cans coke (not even diet coke)
u can hear her on the phone saying how hard she pushed herself for """"2 hours""""" today!

i refuse to goto my gym after 5pm. more wankers there than at the gay mardi gra

Seriously? I'll agree about the ab part, but I love throwing my weights on the ground. I mean just dropping them. In the gym I go to on campus the whole floor is covered with a thick rubber mat so you can't even hear it. I go to another gym that's got a nice hardwood floor and I hate not being able to just drop my weights. Either way, the place is only good for cardio.
 
I once saw this tard shadow boxing and he pulled a jab back a little too far and knocked himself out.
 
Today i saw this fucking tard at the gym trying to do biceP curls on the smith machine. Whats the stupidest thing youve ever seen someone do at the gym?

I have said it in other threads, but shit you not, I had a personal trainer try and get me to do that. The company I use to work for paid for her to come in a train who ever was interested. Needless to say, after that session, I never went back.

There is this guy who I recently noticed. Makes a lot of noise grabs the 130 DB's, sits down, then falls back on the bench. Tries to get the weight up but never successfully does it. He will do this for a good 30 minutes straight, 30 minutes of fail. Making a huge fucking noise when he drops them because he can't get them up! And the gym has rubber mats, with rubber coated weights :paddle: He maybe gets a handful of reps as he drops down in weight. Ridiculous!

Who gives a fuck if there's a rubber mat on the floor and you can't even hear it? Obviously only people who aren't there or are never going to be there (that being you), so who gives a fuck? The answer is no one.

Besides, I'm not talking about throwing down 20 lbs. dumbbells. Sometimes when you're lifting heavier weights it just easier to drop them. The people who designed the gym are obviously aware of that and that's why they have the entire floor covered with a rubber mat.

i thought the whole point of correct training was controlling the weights, doesnt dropping them kinda prove u cant finish what u just attempted? i train to fail, but i do it as quietly as possible!

That you probably do not want to drive several miles away to go to a gym in which you have to also enroll in a college to be a member, I thought it was safe to assume that you probably will never go there.

I was only stating that there are some exercises which it is easier for me to drop the dumbbells since I do not have a workout partner like bench pressing them. 99% of the time I don't drop the weights. How much weight I am lifting and how heavy it is to me is a null point. You're simply being an ass and making it into more than it is like I am trying to say I lift "this" much more weight than anyone else. I never said that or implied that. Of course, I agree if someone is constantly throwing their weights or dumbbells on the ground it's annoying, but there are some situations where I am sure people don't have a choice, at times.

Dropset? Slide a plate off and let that bitch smack on the ground.

495 deadlift at the end of the session, with my partner hitting me on the back? check.

Well, I have a College degree from San Diego State.....That gym is 400 miles away from me now.........I go to Golds here in Folsom and use the complex gym when I don't feel like driving........That's fine...I just never felt dropping weights was necessary unless you're Arnold or Lou....They can do whatever the fuck they want. lol

I only drop them at the end of a set of db bench. Not really a drop, more like a lower-and-fall lol. Is this ok??
 
I saw a guy spotting his friend who was doing incline DB chest press ... by straddling him with his sack in the guys face ...It was disturbing!!!

LOL. I saw a guy doing flat DB bench, and his spotter pulled a bench up right behind him, and sat down. His cock and balls were on top of this dudes head while he was spotting him hahah
 
Guy dropped 225 on his face while doing decline bench. Split his nose down the center like a taco. EMS had to be called. Blood everywhere. Oh and no spotter. DUMB!!!!
