i saw an idiot, load 8 plates on hammer press, drop seat down stand on it and hitt shrugs. i yelled all the way accross the gym at 515am, get the fuck offf there you asshole mother fucker, your gonna break the god damn thing. and the bitch working the desk came over and told me i'm being to loud! the new breed of fucktards are teaing all the equipment up at my gym, half the shit has out of order signs and most the seats and covers are ripped, we got rubber coated weights that you can fold in half cause there cracked, and all this cunt is worried about is takeing a nap, so you can't yell at assholes for doing stupid shit. i'm just gonna record all the stupid shit i see, and put it all in youtube.

i fucken love it when 3 guys are together, they get on a machine, take it in turns, but each guy sits there for 10 mins before he does his set, 45 mins later they move, seriously why bother?

^^^^^this. I was waiting for these 4 guys to finish using the squat rack yesterday. There is no fucking reason why they should be taking breaks between set with 4 fucking guys. I finally walked over and asked them nicely to hurry the fuck up. They were to busy talking on the phone and with each other. You should have to turn off your phone when you come in the gym. I dont even bring mine in with me. It stays in the car.
