One Pan Potatoes & Pepper Steak
4 medium potatoes sliced 1/4 inch
1 pound London broil, thinly sliced
1 thinly sliced green pepper
1 tablespoon garlic pepper
2 tablespoon olive oil
While potatoes cook, toss beef with garlic pepper and heat oil in skillet
on high heat. Add beef and toss 3 minutes. Remove beef, add green
pepper, toss 3 minutes. Add potatoes and sauté 5 minutes. Add beef
and toss until heated.
