Sorry to bother you. I would like to order Bioforge. I have searched the site to find the info on I need to get started, I just can not seem to find what I need.

I am 40yo
175
6'
8% BF
3500 clean cal a day
250-300 protein
300-400 carb

fishoil
CLA
ZMA
Mike thistle
glutamine
creatine
BCAA
green tea extract
animal pac multi
animal pac flex
Syntha 6 protein

Is what I take now.

ect....

Labwork all done and test at 550 now. I would like to get it higher maybe 700 if possible. Coming off summer high intensity workouts and want to add some size over winter. Have a personal trainer (that has a Pro card) for next 12 weeks with 4 days a week training. (i will do Cardio on my own)

I want to maximize my time with him and get the best results I can.
1. How can Bioforge help?
2. How much daily?
3. should I add anything with it? a DAA?

Thank you for your time

I think most test boosters are hoping you are deficient in some vitamin/mineral that plays a role in test. Bioforge inculdes a healthy dose of zinc, just like the animal pak and ZMA you're taking. So you don't need anymore zinc. Animal pak provides a healthy dose of vitamin D and an extra 2000IU from bioforge would probably be unnecessary. Then again you are 40 and I don't know how much sun you get on a daily basis. If you can afford it, get your vitamin D levels checked. I add a 1000IU to my ZMA just to be sure. I seriously doubt anything else in bioforge will have a positive effect on your test.

Natty test boosters are about 1/100th of what they're hyped to be.

Thats what I was thinking. Thanks again I will rethink this.
