"Blast" from ISS? Pro-Casa-whatsits?

Alright, I shop at GNC. I know it's a rip off, but around where I live, no one else really competes with them. They do well in our Canadian market.

At any rate, the female BB who works there slipped me a few packets of this "Blast" thing from ISS labs. I have no idea what the heck it is, outside of the limited information on ISS's website.

Simple question then - what is it, what does it do, does it really help, and is it worth the money. Do you have any personal experience, rather than hearsay?

I have only basic information on all the above, if any.
