1) I absolutely hate eating oatmeal but I do find it much easier to consume when I blend it with milk or my protein shake. I was wondering, by blending the oats, will I still absorb the similar fibre, complex carbs and other nutrition value of it?
2) I read that some ppl like to blend egg whites inside their protein shake. Regarding those eggs blended, are they raw or cooked?
