I have been reading up on slin for a long time while a jug of novolin r sits in the fridge. But its good for another year...

I bought a new blood test kit, & the last 5 readings (last five days) were something like 90, 85, 45, 74, 65....

I've not touched any slin in my life yet.

My diet should be pretty solid atm for this bulker regimen... so whats up with the wacky fluctuations?

Pretty solid at 10000 calories?

My calories are different everyday. My appetite has to be top notch to reach high high cals.. if I'm working 75 hrs a week one wk my intake will be like fucking 1500 cals per day cause I'm working like slave.. my diet isn't always going to stay consistent

Those are not bad at all they could be the difference between a few slices of bread

Or weighed pre - prepared food at the very least

That's bs I checked all my bs history for the past 2 months and the readings were all at least 80+ mostly 90-110-ish range.

Plus you coincidentally joined IMF on March 15th 2015... that's not peculiar, or anything..

The glucose meter wouldn't read my blood a few minutes ago even after wasting 6 strips. Idk why they were reading were so low I've never checked my BS ever in my life prior to this.

Besides I eat the same type of thing everyday unless it's really busy @ work..
Then I'm forced to buy vending machine egg sandwiches or something.

I've prepared my food in tupper ware before but working 98% of my existence leads to an inconsistency in my methods.

I'm switching to lean ground beef some days, & haddock

( haddock rolled in raw eggs, then flour, then bread crumbs from the protein bread, then deep fried in the rack, in oil that I religiously clean..)

Those two meats Instead of chicken. Sick of the same dry, bland chicken.

Breakfast is something like:

6 slices of oatnut or double protein bread (forgot the brand), breaded haddock, applesauce (homemade with a little cinnamon in it), & a banana; all washed down with whole milk.

2nd breakfast:

2 grilled tuna melts on double protein or oatnut bread made with margarine, and sharp cheddar+ pepperjack cheeses... with whole milk.

Lunch:

1-1/2 cups of ground beef with 1/2 a cup of rice, +cheese sauce made with sharp cheddar and heavy cream all in a bowl with crunched up organic 'red hot blues' tortilla chips. It's the only healthier taco salad type thing I could think off. +whole milk.

2nd lunch:

Two breaded haddock + 6 slices toast double protein or oatnut bread w/margerine... +whole milk

Pre workout meals are usually just shakes.

Dinner: 4 cups ground beef, asparagus, mashed potatoes, steamed tomatoes, and a shake.

Night time meal: whole milk, 4 slices toast with Margarine, applesauce, cranberry juice, then tuna raw.

That's about it for this months intake in particular.
