Well I got a call from my Dr.s office and he wanted to see me. I've been using a 4 chloro product for some time now and really like the results and I didnt notice any bad sides. My cholesterol is high. good cholesterol low. I was in the middle of a 30 day cycle when I took blood work. Liver is good and everything else checks out fine. Doc just doesnt like the high cholesterol. He recomended I stop and clean out for 3 mons so he can retest. I have been using 30 day cycles and all suggested supports. this was my 3rd cycle in about 9 mons. oh well, I guess when he sees the new results after the 3 mons I can start doing something else. maybe aas, dont know for sure yet. Open to suggestions. you can pm me with info to help point me in a better direction. I tried havoc and didnt like it. I would definately like to move away from the orals all together :jerkit:

What about going back in to redo blood work in a few weeks or even 4 after pct. See how your body handled the previous run and see how it repaired...

I guess I should also ask how high is your cholesterol?

Total cholesterol was at 237. Bad was at 190 and good was at 27. I go back in 3 mons for another one. Im using tribbulus and nolva (tomoxifen citrate) for pct. I have cut down alot of body fat in the last 9 months and even gained some solid muscle that hasnt left yet. I can feel a definate change in strenth when Im off cycle. (mostly mental drive) Its a little harder to get the last few out with out a spotter. example; using 210 on incline bp on cycle sets of 8. off cycle 210 in sets of 6. Recovery seems to take a little more time to. might have something to do with age to. Im 45. its been suggested that I should consider some "real gear", I just dont know enough about it yet and honestly havent totally commited to a truely solid program.

At least your realistic about it. Doing your homework before you jump in head first with gear.
I don't know the bracket difference between ages but 190 is high high high. Your good cholesterol could be higher. I know you know all this already though. Have you looked into lipid support sups? Things like psyllium fiber and garlic tabs, or are you on meds for it? I'm getting a little more serious with my health from the inside because my dad had a very close call with his health and it was all related to cholesterol and arteries being almost 100% clogged. He is going in for his second surgery next week. But he is stubborn and probably won't change his lifestyle or incorporate more healthy behaviors and decisions...

No medication as of yet. Im thinking thats why Dr. wants to see more test in 3 months. I just started a high fiber diet this week and plan on doing cardio 5 times a week. A year ago my best friend died from a sudden heart attack while we were out riding our dirt bikes. He was younger than I am. So thats when I went in and had a complete physical and blood work done. FIBER FIBER FIBER! Havent looked into the other yet.

Fiber, fiber, fiber....

And fiber supplements don't count. Fiber is only found in plant foods, and it's well established in the literature that diets high in whole foods, and primarily plant foods will dramatically reduce your risk for CAD, diabetes, hypertension, obesity, and hypercholesterolemia.

^^^This!

Mid cycle bloodwork.....ODD....did you not expect these results from an oral cycle?
Yes I totally expected it to be outa wack. Was pretty close to what I expected although my hdl was a little lower than I thought it would be.
I explained this ( being on cycle) to my doctor and he still wanted to see. He is the doctor. Besides I also wanted to see real blood work, not just my best guess based on info that I put together.
