Just got my blood levels back and my alkaline phosphatase is low. Has anyone encountered this before? Last blood test my enzymes were high... Both times I'm on cycle.

Need a little more information. What are you taking? Quick google search says that test is used to detect liver disease and bone disorders. We all know orals like dbol wreak havoc on your liver. Again, I dont know much about that specific test but if you are taking orals I think you could assume that may be a part of your problem.

How were your thyroid levels? Low alk-phos can be due to hypothyroidism but it can be simply that you have low blood phosphate levels. If thyroid tests were normal its prob nothing to worry about

Thyroid levels were normal, blood lipids were a touch high but nothing I'm concerned with since this panel was taken during week 12 of my cycle. WBC and RBC also a little high but normal when on cycle. The cycle is tren e 800mg/wk test cyp 500mg/wk and the first 5 weeks was 100 mg anadrol ed. Normally when running orals the alkaline phosphatase enzyme is high and indicates the added stress on the liver. The only explanation I have seen for below normal AP numbers is malnutrition. I can tell you that throughout this cycle I have averaged a daily caloric intake of 6000 calories. Not all have been clean, but I can't imagine any malnutrition. Just wondering if anyone has ever experienced these results. I did also take liv52 hp for about two weeks at the cessation of the anadrol.

If you have low phos levels in your blood that leads to a decrease in alk phos. Alkaline phosphate is not one of the major enzymes used to detect hepatocellular damage because it isn't specific to hepatocytes, it's in most body tissues. It is used in a liver panel as extra evidence if other evidence is present. Low blood levels of phosphorus can decrease alk phos and that can occur for several reasons. Maybe you're a bit defient in vit D, although unlikely its a thought. Maybe on cycle you've been over training as phos is necessary for ATP production and if your diet is low sodium and low phos then that can affect it. Next time ask for an electrolyte panel and to have phos levels checked if you're still concerned. Just FYI blood donation can lower alk phos too. You didn't mention having donated but just for future reference.
