Hello guys,

I did last week a bloodtest, before i was 1 year on ( summer 2013 to summer 2014 aug) So my last injects was somewhere in Augustus 2014 en did a 10 weeks pct.

Last week i did a bloodtest results are below, is this any good?

ASAT = 83 normal range is /35
ALAT = 88 normal range is /45
LH = 5,5 norma range is 1-10
Testosteron = 12,4 normale range is 2,5/29,6

Isnt my test levels not low? And dunnow why mij ASAT ALAT is that high maybe because i use DHEA or testbooster?

Your AST/ALT numbers can be affected by numerous factors unrelated to gear. What were your Albumin and Bilirubin numbers?

billirubin is 20 normale range is /21 and albumin is not listed in my bloods

I dunnow why my liver values are that high maybe i have a liver deases?

Typically, if you have serious liver issues, your Albumin and Bilirubin values will be high. I'm not a doctor so I would recommend you see a professional.

In ng/dL this would be:

Testosterone = 357 (normal range 72 - 853)

I would say your T level is quite low. Compare yourself to these charts and see what average age group you correspond to: http://www.menshormonalhealth.com/normal-testosterone-levels.html

From my reading, you are still below the average level of men in the 85-100 age range. So yeah, low. Even if you're 90 which I doubt.

Also, that "normal range" being referenced on your paperwork is bonkers. 72 - 853 sounds like something written by some militant misandrist feminist (quite possibly male however) who believes testosterone is fundamentally evil, and the lower the better. The reality is that anything below 400 is hypogonadic. 72 is insane. The 25-29 age range shows a 5%-95% percentile range of 388-1005. Obviously this decreases moderately as you get older. But anything below 300 no matter what your age means you're well below the lower 5th percentile, meaning quite abnormal. So, ignore that "normal range" entirely. It's garbage.

In my mind, a reasonable normal range would be something between 500 - 1000. And that's actually conservative, since the participants in that famous French TELECOM study that we base all these numbers off of were only weeded out for diabetes, not for other testosterone suppressing problems such as obesity, opiate abuse (past or present, since the effects are permanent), or just general couch-potato inactivity. All of these things are unnatural and will have a suppression effect on those statistics. I suspect that weeding them out would result in a range more like 600 - 1100 as "normal", i.e. not unnaturally crippled by modern society. Also, still unnaccounted for are the effects of estrogenic hormone disruptors like BPA and phthalates, along with pesticides/herbicides like atrazine, and many of these have been in use industrially for 75 or 125 years. The unanswerable question is: What were our natural test levels before we began to get poisoned by these substances world-wide? Maybe the "normal" range should actually be 700 - 1200, with 700 being considered barely acceptable? Who the hell knows?

Sorry for the lecture. Fascinating subject for me obviously. And I have an axe to grind against the medical establishment in this case using bad science to justify inadequate treatment of hypogonadic men and those of us pushing for more reasonable levels and forced to take matters into our own hands with UGLs, etc. It shouldn't be that way.

Time for trt?
