I don't know to much about all of the nutrients and everything that promotes fat loss and all of that. However, I am wanting to change my body composition, so if I reduce my caloric intake while increasing my workouts to burn more calories than usual, will I lose weight? Also, will I lose any muscle in the process today. Also, I've heard that if you quit drinking cola, its a big factor in weight loss? Please your input is greatly appreciated.
