I was not sure what section to put this under so I just decided to put it in training.
I am wondering how accurate body past testing will be on a person who lost a massive amount of weight and has some excess skin on their body. If the skin pinch test is used it would get mostly all extra skin in the pinch and I want to know if that would make the reading inaccurate.
Also would the Hydrostatic (what whatever it is called) testing be accurate? Unfortunately there is not a place near me that has one of these facilities but if that is the only way I can get an accurate ready then I will eventually find one! Thanks for the help!
