single digits is pretty hard to hit "healthy" could be anything under 18 in my opinion. but i do think there is a difference between ripped and healthy
depends if your a male or female, for males medically speaking a healthy body fat is anywhere between 8-20% essential fat being approx 3% for women healthy body fat is between 21-33% with essential fat approx 12%. It changes with age and its only a guide but thats roughly it
most people in this forum, i think, will aim for a fat percentage that makes them look lean or ripped. For healthy, it's not that hard. Less than 20% is pretty good.
