body image...loose skin

Hey guys this embarrasing but i hope theres somthing that can be done. Just finished my 3rd cycle, test dbol tren a, about 3 weeks before the end of cycle i got frustrated because i couldnt gain due to poor appetitie. I went against the grain and finished that cycle as a cutting cycle..high reps, cardio, low carb, switched to test prop..etc. I dropped a shit load of water and bf real fast!! Left with a 4 pack, lookin cut and hard from the belly button up and a god damn pouch of loose skin below my belly button. And still fat in my tits..not from aas gyno..theyve always been that way, granted the fat % is much less now..it still doesnt look good.
Been training seriously for about a year now. 37 yo, 5'8" always been over 20%bf till now

Will the loose skin tighten up?? Or should i just go back to bein fat or only doing bulk so i wont look ridiculous?....i would love to be ripped but the way things are looking that wont happen without surgery.
 
Hey, don't be so hard on yourself! k, I know your freaked out now, but it should fix itself in time.
My experience is this..... I have had two kids, and man does that stretch a belly. Of course i had loose skin there for a long time! (I wasn't really training at that time). What I did, with the training, was to use a lufa sponge in the shower. I know this sounds weird but it works! You practically have to rub your belly raw.......... the skin grows back tighter and tighter. maybe never perfect and it takes time, but I don't have a baby pouch any more. Use lots of moisturizer too. That helps. Preferably something with Vit. E check out my pics on my profile. you'll see what I mean.
 
hay mate i lost over 100kg not pounds kgs. had to have loose skin removed in a few places we won,t even go there. i know how you feel.
but i,d rather have a few loose bits of skin and be fit, than be overweight. just keep going and give it time. i know it holds you back when you look in the mirror and you,ve put in all the hard work and you wanted to look better. i,ve rebounded more than a few times and put 10kg back on just to look fuller because i still have lots of loose bits here and there. but then realise i,m not happy and take it back off. sucks though.
you,ll loose the stubborn fat in the tits after time and build muscle but the other loose in will prob remain. make peace with it and keep training.
 
time...or cut it off...maybe a bit of both....be happy you're are where you are bro.
 
^^^this^^^^ it's human nature to want to make constant improvement in ourselves. Sometimes we are the most critical judges of ourselves.think about where you were a year ago,or two years ago. You were envisioning and longing to be where you are today. Now your here and now have new goals and a new vision of where you would like to be.
Not being satisfied with ourselves can be a good thing and a bad thing as well. On one hand,it keeps us dedicated and driven to work harder to improve ourselves and reach our goals.on the other hand,it can lead to contant negative scrutiny of ourselves and lead to depression and a false sense of no self-worth. It took time to get where you are now and its gonna take time to achieve your new goals.keep plowing ahead and putting in the work. You WILL get there! You should be proud of what you have achieved thus far instead of beating yourself down. If theres anything i can do to support you,let me know. You also have an entire army of great and knowledgeable bro's and sis's here at IMF who will support you as well! Don't ever give up and good luck.

Damn!! You guys help put it all perspective. Thanks for the encouragement!! Just got a new goal to reach thats all. I can handle that. I had a BLAST reachin my current goal anyway. Gonna take a couple months off (sucks) and blast away again..lol
 
My buddy had the surgery to cut off the extra skin. IDK how bad you have it but he has a nasty scar that looks like a c section. Def try at all costs to do it with gh or naturally with bulking diet
 
I think I understand what you mean.
I believe this has to do with higher estrogen levels. I've found that by getting my estrogen levels very low, but high enough for normal body function, ive been able to reduce the extra fat on my chest and lower abs whereas with out lowering AI, I had gotten myself to 7% bodyfat and still had fat on my chest. (this was water tested, multiple times because I didn't believe it)

diet and more fat loss. When I first started my prep my chest was the same way. My side tri looked ugly as hell when i was 9% when i got on stage though my side tri was my best pose period... just keep dieting and doing what your doing.
 
those last little places are the tough ones...even if you dont compete you really need to get to that show lean type of conditioning to target those last places that dont want to give..once you do that the problem will be solved as long as you dont get your bf real high again..
