I am looking for what types of foods are good for gaining mass that don't need to be cooked. For some strange reason, I am not allowed to cook anything where I live, so I need some good ideas.
My basic foods are:
tuna, wheat bread, milk, some fruits and veggies, oatmeal in the morning (dry...). And protein shakes thru out the day.
I lift hard, and I eat hard too. But I am tired of the same foods everyday.
By the way, if you are wondering why I can't cook, here's why...
I am an American student studying in Madrid, and I live with a host family. They hate me cause I eat too much. They banned me from the kitchen, except for the fridge and microwave. Then they got mad cause I was using the microwave too much, for rice, potatoes, and so on... So all I got left is the Fridge.
Can't wait to go home.
