Bootcamp & Loosing Muscle Mass

Hi all
i'm taking an opportunity to do another 4 week Bootcamp fitness session. which will be 3 days a week for 4 weeks..
My question to you experienced people out there is..
That Boopcamp is great but very heavy on the cardio & indurance side of things. which is awesome for lossing total body fat but.... how can i minimize or reduce muscle loss during this time.
If you have any info on this ..please help me out

Diet will play a major part in this.
 
weight training is used during a cut primarily to retain muscle

but with that much cardio going on...
it will be hard to avoid overtraining

id say 2 full body days a week
30min or less
3 sets of legs
3 sets of push
3 sets of pull

heavy would be my recomendation
6reps maybe 8

be sure to stay well hydrated
and as previously stated

diet

you probably want to stay NEAR maint.

I would try come up with something that will minimize DOMS and major muscle fatigue aswell.

When your kicking out a shit tonne of running/plyometrics every day you dont wanna be impaired in any way.

Delayed onset muscle soreness.

Basically, when you hurt the next day :P

Good way to accomplish this is lowered volume. I guess you'll be doing enough volume during bootcamp stuff, anyways.
