I started boxing for cardio, I am trying to keep my protien up. I do 12 2 minute rounds with 30 sec or 1 min rest on 4 different bags. Will this make me loose lean muscle?

it will def help you lose fat, but along with fat loss, their is always a little muscle loss. just keep the protien up and keep lifting and you should be ok

Lots of very muscular boxers out there. George Foreman was a monster as a young man. Marvin Hagler had a great physique. Holyfield and Tyson in their prime, ect.

I have a calcium deposit in my shoulder and it is driving me crazy, I cant lift how I want an MRI did not show any other damamge so the Dr wants to scope it and fish it out, I want to recover as fast as possible and get back lifting how I want, right now I avoid any overhead presses, pullups and pull downs and it sucks
