Hi everyone, I decided to make another journal on my progress.


Routine:
DAY 1 upper
DB bench press 3x10 RI: 45 Seconds
shoulder press (EZ curl bar) 3x10 RI: 30 seconds
(EZ-curl bar) curl 3x10 RI:20 Seconds
Skull crusher 3x10 RI:20 Seconds

DAY 2 cardio HIIT
1min slow 1min fast for 20mins (simple enough)

DAY 3 Lower
DB sqauts 3x10 RI:30 Seconds
calve raises 3x10 (or till failure) RI:20 Seconds
deadlifts 2x10 RI: 30 Seconds

day 4 cardio (same as before) Harder then Day 2 Cardio

DAY 5 upper (same as day 1)

Day 6 cardio (same as before)

Day 7 Abdominals
Crunch 2x20 RI: 45 seconds

Day 8 Lower (same as before)


Goals:

To be ripped by June, as I am modeling then.

I'll post what I eat each day. Then we can modify what I eat.


Please help me with my routine.
