Dennis looked amazing!! And Ben has to be the most improved bb I've ever seen. He can stand beside any top pro as far as legs and back go. His arms need more mass. It was an awesome showdown!

I had him for the win after he walked out on stage.

Wolf was good but faded and started sweating-then came back at night and looked good. I think PJ said it best.. he has nothing going on from his lower lats to the bottom of his gluts. If he would of looked like he did at night show--maybe he gets the title?

Evan was lean and grainy. He looked like he came out w/ out carbing up? He did get better with time, but seems like he wasn't full enough from the front in the chest?

Speaking of Dennis having nothing in his lower lats, I thought looking at the pics of Branch, he had no separation in his lower back. He is had the superior density in his chest, arms and legs, but I thought his lower back was soft. I really like Evan's chances for the future. He looked great!

At one point it was unreal how tiny dennis's waist was. At another point it was unreal how tiny his calves are. I mean come on. If his delts were lacking as bad as his calves he could never become a pro. Evan looked so flat I had never seen him like that. It really is as if he was still carb deprived going into the show. In person he looked completely different than the pictures, and same with wolf and branch. Branch looked WAY better in person. His thighs were unbelievably feathered. Looked nothing like the pictures at all.

And...everyone had really small forearms at that show.
