I'm 23 and in the Navy. I grew up in TX, played football and powerlifted in high school, but I've always been pretty small. I've decided it's time for a change.

Height: 5'11"
Weight: 174
Body fat: 15
Neck: 16
Shoulders: 47
Chest: 41
Abs: 34.5
Waist: 34.25
Hips: 38.5
Bicep: R- 12.5 L- 12.25
Forearm: R- 11.5 L- 11.5
Thigh: R-20.5 L-20.75
Calf: R- 14 L-14.25
My goal within the next year is to make it to 200+ with 8-10% BF. I will start a workout journal and post progress and pics. If you guys can help me out, I'd appreciate it.
