hey guys,

whats the scientific reason why gains stall after around 6-8 weeks into a cycle, i read its somtihng to do with our body adjusting to the high AAS levels does it have anything to do with the myostatin or whatever

also how long do you need to bridge before you could up the dose to AAS levels again and keep gaining for another 6-8weeks

Myostatin is pretty high on day 56 of a Testosterone cycle.

bump
anyone know how long i need to cruise before you can go back onto aas doses? never done this before and i plan on going on trt hence im asking

are bodies grow in spurts not constantly, so you gain on cycle thats your spurt, so you wont gain when bridging or coming off

Your recepters get saturated and your gains slow down.So its good to go 12 weeks then off for the same time then blast again.

there was a link explaining why gains stall and myostatin roles etc. can someone please post? i cant find it :(
