Finally on a bb diet, doing female cut with 2 carb-ups
This is my diet..COUPLE OF QUESTION REGARDING IT
Mon/Thurs (low carb/mod cal)
Meal 1: 4oz chicken or turkey breast, 3 egg whites, 1 yolk, ½ grapefruit
Meal 2: 1.5 scoops whey, 12oz water, 1 Tbsp. Heavy whipping cream, 3 berries
Meal 3: 6oz can water packed tuna over 2 cups of salad with 1 Tbsp Oil
Meal 4: same as meal 2
Meal 5: 1 cup uncooked oatmeal, 1 Tbsp. oil, 1 cup veggies, 6oz sweet potato, small banana.
Started July 22nd Tues, 2003
Tues/Fri (low carb/low cal)

Meal 1: 3oz chicken or turkey, 3 egg whites, ½ cup oatmeal (before cooking)
Meal 2: 1.5 scoops whey, 12oz water
Meal 3: 5oz chicken, ½ cup cooked brown rice, 2 cups salad with 1 Tbsp Oil
Meal 4: Same as meal 2
Meal 5: 5oz extra lean sirloin steak, 2 cups of veggies, 1tsp. Flax oil
SUPPLEMENTS: MULTIVITAMIN, GLUTAMINE & LOADS OF WATER
INSTEAD OF BROWN RICE CAN I HAVE CHICKPEA/ OR ROMANE BEANS OTHER LOWER GI CARBS LIKE EZIEKIEL BREAD
WHEN SHOULD I CHANGE THE DIET OR SHOULD I FOLLOW TILL I ACHIEVE MY GOAL
I CAN GIVE UP ANY FOOD BUT COFFEE OR TEA CANT DO IT, THATS MY DESSERT AS I PUT SHIT LOADS OF STEVIA IN IT....I CANT HAVE IT BLACK EITHER...FUSSY..
SO IF I ADD UNSWEETENED SOYA MILK OR MILK OR HALF & HALF, FIRST OF ALL WHICH ONE IS BETTER, AND WHAT SHOULD I REMOVE FROM THAT DAYS FOOD QUOTA TO FIT MY COFFEE W/SOYA OR CREAM IN?
CAN I HAVE A CHEAT MEAL OR BE A CRUELLY DEDICATED & STICK IT THROUGH
