Hello everyone. I want to figure out what foods I am going to use, and then construct a diet. At 15? lbs goal is to get bigger o course. A few questions though.

-I would like to have 1/2 cup of veggies and one piece of fruit each meal. Is this a good amount, and if so can I just leave out the fruits and veg's when figuring out the Macros(?)?
So not counting the fruit's and veggies, About 2500 Cals / 313g Carb / 188g Pro / 56g Fat

-Here's da foods.
Vegetables
Mushrooms
Brocolli
String Beans

Fruits
Banana
Apple

Protein
Chicken Breast
Whey
Eggs
Beef

Fats
Peanut Butter
Fish Oil (How much of this per day? I thought I read somewhere only 5g??)
Peanut Oil

Carbs
Brown Rice
Oats
Potatoes

Hm I think that's it. Thanks =D

munch like a bitch bro.

155lbs
155-310g protein/day 240g should be suffice
310-750g carbs/ day 450g
120gfat/day 40gmono, 30g poly, 30g sat, 20g omegas

this is like 3800 cals or so.

this should put size on, if you gain fat easy, maybe lower carbs, or cut them off at a certain time of day.

Alrighty, that sounds good. I would rather have to cut back on cals than increase.
So at 240g protein.
3800cal/523g carb/240g pro/84g fats.
I'm gonna go figure how much chicken and eggs I'll have to eat. I think I will have 2 shakes, 54g protein a day for pre and post workout. So 186g from food's what I need.

Do you think 12 whole eggs daily would be bad for my health...

I have my numbers then they get kinda messed up when putting it together but here it is. Not counting fruits and vegetables here the quantities and values. It's kinda a lot of eggs but I don't really wanna add another chicken, maybe a can of tuna or something. Anyway here it is.
PER DAY Calories/ PROTEIN/ CARB/ FAT

9 whole eggs 693/54/9/45
3 scoops whey 414/81/12/3
4 chicken breasts 400/100/0/0
2 cups oats 592/20/108/12
4 cups brown rice 872/16/184
2 potatoes 322/8/74/0
2 tbsp PB 188/8/16

Total 3481/287/393/81

i eat 18 eggs a day all boiled. for 3-4 months, then i switch to whites. my cholesterol is like 150, and i eat them, as well as 2lbs beef a day. 96/4 good stuff.

Oo. You DO eat a lot. I think I should put some beef in there too somewhere. What kinda beef do you get, ground? I'm not familiar with the types, I would usually just eat the patties my mom would buy.

How do you eat your boiled eggs? I'm actually in the process right now and it's terrible. I'm gonna be here a while...

i eat my boiled eggs plain most the time, and wash em down with milk. meat depends. 96/4 lean ground beef has 4g fat per serving, and 24g protein. try eating sirloin, steak, or ground beef, just dont go to crazy with the fat. i mean 80/20 has like 24g of fat per serving. whereas 85/15 has 17g, 90/10 has11g . the choice is yours. and dont forget carbs. i tear through rice like no other, prolly a box or more a day. and like 4 cups oats, plus fruits veggies, and breads.

Yeah the last patties I got are 30g protein 24g of fat. I wanna get leaner beef next time.
It took me over half an hour to eat 5 eggs. The 2 potatoes after that were tough too. After breakfast I find it hard to eat at all until way later. I have some problems I need to work out with myself...
Rice is great for me as well though. It doesn't fill me up too much so I have no problem eating what I need to.

Anyway, my main problem is getting the food down. It takes like an hour for me to eat the eggs or chicken breasts.
