Man!!! I"m 5"8 180, and I'm trying my ass off to bulk up, needless to say, I'm hitting it hard in the gym, low reps heavy weight, 3 to for sets, I'm over 18yrs old etc. At the moment, I'm taking Vitrix, if you know what that is, getting ready to go on an h drol cycle, but my question is, what's the most reasonable way to get the calories I need , I'm constantly trying to eat , but the truth is, I just can't be consistent in what I'm eating, plus it gets too expensive, what about a good high caloric shake of some sort, can anybody help
